How to Top Up Your Account

Overview
When you run out of credits, you can instantly top up your wallet to continue using Zuke's AI tools and features. Credits are deducted each time you use a feature like generating AI images, finding business partners, or creating content.
Checking Your Wallet Balance
Your current wallet balance is always visible at the top of your dashboard. This shows how many credits you have available.
How to Top Up
Step 1: Click the "Top Up" Button
Right beside your wallet balance at the top of the page, you'll see a "Top Up" button. Click it to begin.
Step 2: Choose Your Top-Up Amount
You'll see several preset options:
- R99 - Quick boost
- R599 - Popular choice
- R1,999 - Power user option
- Custom Amount - Minimum R100
Step 3: Enter Custom Amount (Optional)
If you choose the custom option, you can enter any amount you want, but it must be at least R100.
Example: If you try to enter R10, the button won't activate. Enter R100 or more (e.g., R500, R1,000, R10,000).
Step 4: Proceed to Payment
Click the amount you want to top up with. You'll be taken to the payment page (Paystack) where you'll enter your payment details.
Step 5: Complete Payment
Enter your card details and complete the secure payment. Once successful, you'll be redirected back to your dashboard.
Step 6: Confirm Your New Balance
Refresh your page if needed. Your wallet balance will now show the updated amount with your new credits added.
After Topping Up
Once your wallet is topped up, you can immediately:
- Generate AI images
- Create AI videos
- Find business partners on LinkedIn
- Verify emails
- Send outreach campaigns
- Use any other feature without limits
Important Notes
Minimum Top-Up Amount
Custom top-ups must be at least R100. Amounts below this won't be accepted.
Instant Activation
Credits are added to your account immediately after successful payment.
No Expiry
Top-up credits don't expire. They remain in your wallet until you use them.
Quick Example
Let's say you want to generate an AI image but you're out of credits:
- Click "Top Up" at the top
- Choose R599
- Complete payment through Paystack
- Return to dashboard with updated balance
- Go to "Generate AI Image"
- Enter your prompt (e.g., "product showcase")
- Click "Generate" - it works!
Troubleshooting
Can't Enter Amount Below R100
This is intentional. Custom amounts must be R100 minimum. Choose a preset option if you want a smaller top-up.
Balance Not Updated After Payment
- Wait 10-15 seconds
- Refresh your browser page
- Check your email for payment confirmation
- Contact support if it's been more than 2 minutes
Payment Failed
- Check your card details are correct
- Ensure you have sufficient funds
- Try a different card
- Contact your bank if the issue persists

As often as you need. There's no limit to how many times you can top up your wallet.
Do top-up credits expire?
No, credits purchased through top-ups never expire. They stay in your wallet until used.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Top-up credits are non-refundable once purchased, but they never expire, so you can use them whenever you're ready.
What's the difference between a plan and topping up?
Plans give you monthly credits that reset. Top-ups give you extra credits that never expire and supplement your plan.
Can I top up if I don't have a plan?
You need an active plan first. Top-ups are for adding extra credits beyond your monthly plan allocation.
